1. Rental Agreement
By completing a booking through this website, you agree to the terms of a vehicle rental agreement with Eflow Rentals. The rental period, vehicle, pricing, and fees are as shown during the booking process and confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
You must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and maintain active auto insurance for the duration of the rental. For delivery-only bookings where the renter is not operating the vehicle, driver's license and insurance documentation are optional.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your vehicle. The remaining balance is due before the start of the rental period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
A security deposit of $1,200 is required and will be charged at pickup (or delivery for delivery bookings). This deposit covers potential damages or fees and is released after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. You agree to:
- Operate the vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws
- Not use the vehicle for any illegal purpose
- Not sublease or allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
- Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition it was received
- Not smoke in the vehicle
- Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately
5. Insurance & Liability
Your personal auto insurance is the primary coverage during the rental period. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by your insurance, including the deductible amount.
Eflow Rentals is not liable for personal property left in the vehicle, delays caused by mechanical breakdown, or any indirect damages arising from the rental.
6. Late Returns & Fees
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional daily charges. Excessive cleaning required upon return (beyond normal use) may result in a cleaning fee deducted from your security hold.
7. SMS & Communications
By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code. We may also contact you by phone or email regarding your reservation.

- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
- SMS consent is not required to complete a booking

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
